We have a PR of 6 and show up on the front page of google for our city (Victoria BC)

What we did was this:

Build at least 15 pages.

Build your site with valid css

Hook your site up to blogger (free service)

You can get your website done by http://www.studio7designs.com they did our site, for a good price...

I mean we paid 3 grand for our site, and now book 3 times more weddings... made our money back in 1 phone call!

As I see both websites now have PR7, which is very good. But I think that you will admit that the real reason you are ranking so high, is that you are getting ALOT of links.

But I will admit, you do make beautiful web designs. Best of luck.
