I am wanting to build a new website that must do the following:

Allows me to:
make a blog posting each time I upload a gallery of photos from an event

send out a newsletter to registered users advising them of updates to the website

has a photo gallery side that contains albums and sub albums

allows registered users to order prints through a shopping cart (paypal)

image protection (watermarks + right click disable)

has the normal pages such as about me, links, guest book, contact etc

I have very basic html skills and a small budget - what type of solutions to achieve this would some of you experienced web designers recommend.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

maybe a shopping cart which has an rss feed which can be inserted where you want the new image to show - i don't know of any blogs which integrate a shopping cart
