In the past I have seen a piece of computer equipment which is attached to your computer and it is for downloading slides and negatives directly into a computer. I have approximately 50 years worth of this type for creating a historical data base for a new museum. Please point me in some direction where I can locate it.
No it is not a scanner. You put it into a type of tray and it will project the image on your computer screen. Something like you would see in a photo shop. Once it is on the screen you can save it.
