Joseph - must say it doesn't engage me in anyway - just a bunch of pictures - some interesting some not - think it needs better structure (layout and navigation) - if i came across it by happenstance i would probably see the front page and go no further - sorry

My suggestion is always the same for everyone wanting to design a site. Go out and look at many sites online and mark down what you like. Many times you can make a print out of a site's pages and then highlight the elements you really like. Cut them out and arrainge in a fashion you like as a collage to create something new from something old.  My site design is one made up from elements i liked from over 100 different site with design elements of my own 100%
